8-2-3: RATES AND FEES:
   A.   Water: The City shall set rates and fees for water supplied which shall be charged and collected, with respect to the class of services furnished. Such rates are hereby declared established by resolution.
   B.   Sewer Service: The standard rate for all users connected to the sanitary sewer will be set by the North Davis Sewer District with any additional fees applicable for administrative costs. (1989 Code § 10-1-2, 9-5-1990; 1997 Code)
