8-2-2: APPLICATION FOR SERVICE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to receive any service from the City water and sewer system without first filing with the City a written signed application, which is on file in the office of the City Recorder. (1989 Code § 10-1-5, 9-5-1990; 1997 Code)
