   B.   Fines And Special Sanctions: Utah Code Annotated sections 76-3-301 through 76-3-303;
   C.   Limitations And Provisions On Sentences: Utah Code Annotated sections 76-3-401 through 76-3-405. (Ord. 6-1-1, 10-15-1991)
