Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
