4-3-10: BURNING OF REFUSE PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to burn solid waste, garbage, manure, green waste or other refuse or rubbish in the open air or in any furnace or stove within the municipality. (Ord. 2013-01, 3-5-2013)
