4-3-5: METHOD OF PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGES:
The residential solid waste, green waste and recycling service charges above imposed by this chapter shall be billed and collected in the same manner as water and sewer service charges are billed and collected. (Ord. 2013-01, 3-5-2013)
