2-2-2: APPOINTMENT OF APPEAL AUTHORITY:

The appeal authority shall consist of one or more attorneys or other persons qualified by expertise in land use issues to be appointed from time to time as the need arises by resolution of the Sunset City council and to serve under such terms and conditions as provided in such appointment.
