Police Department
   EDITOR’S NOTE: The City enters into Collective Bargaining Agreements from time to time with the Fraternal Order of Police, Parma Lodge No. 15, and the Fraternal Order of Police, Parma Lodge No. 15 (Supervisors Unit), which Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment for City police personnel. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such Agreements and a provision of these Codified Ordinances, the provision of the Agreement shall prevail. Copies of the latest such Agreement and all of relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
