(a) There is hereby created in the Police Department a Traffic Violation Bureau.
(b) The duties of the personnel assigned to the Traffic Violation Bureau shall be to control parking tickets; to maintain journals specifying all fines collected; to issue warrants for those not appearing by waiver; to maintain and keep a record of offenses; and to be responsible for all related paper work and such other further duties as directed by the Chief of Police.
(c) The personnel of the Traffic Violation Bureau shall be radio dispatchers appointed as Deputy Clerks of Berea Municipal Court, an Administrative Assistant employed by the Police Department and a Sergeant of Police designated as the head of the Bureau by the Chief of Police.
