(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of Section 1064.03(b) or Section 1064.071(a), (b) or (c) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both for a first offense; and each subsequent offense, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of Section 1064.07 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed on each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of Section 1064.08 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(d) Whoever violates or fails to comply with the provisions of Section 1064.10(d) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
