Solid waste receptacles are provided by the City or its contractors at several locations in the City for the deposit of solid waste from residential units within the City limits subject to the following requirements:
(a) No person shall place or deposit or permit another to place or deposit any solid waste in any receptacle provided by the City unless the solid waste is from a residence.
(b) No person shall place or deposit or permit another to place or deposit any solid waste from outside the City limits in any receptacle provided by the City.
(c) No person shall place or deposit or permit another to place or deposit dead animals, poisons, explosives, hazardous, dangerous or corrosive chemicals, paint, gasoline, oil, thinners or other combustible liquids, clothing taken from person with infectious diseases, solid waste from construction or remodeling, soil, rocks, bricks, concrete blocks, grass clippings, leaves or tires.
