A. Every one-family detached dwelling, convent, monastery, rectory or parish house hereafter erected shall be on a lot having an area of not less than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet, and a width at the established building line of not less than one hundred feet (100'), except as provided in Section 10-1-6 of this Title.
B. Churches and similar places of worship hereafter erected or structurally altered shall be on a lot having an area of not less than one-half (1/2) acre and a width at the building line of not less than eighty-five feet (85').
C. Regulations for public and private schools shall be the same as required or permitted in the A-1 Agricultural District (Subsection 10-4-4B of this Title). (Ord., 3-5-1973; amd. Ord. 07December 2020, 12-7-2020)
