A. No lot area shall be less than one acre in size outside the Village limits.
B. Public school, elementary and high, or private school having a curriculum similar to that ordinarily given in a public elementary school or public high school, including religious instruction in parochial schools, hereafter erected, shall conform to the following minimum standards:
Elementary School: | 5 acres, plus 1 acre per 100 student design capacity. |
Middle School: | 10 acres, plus 1 acre per 100 student design capacity. |
High School: | 15 acres, plus 1 acre per 100 student design capacity. |
