§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is set forth, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 52.20, 52.22, 52.23, 52.24 or 52.25 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $100, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 52.40 or 52.41 shall, upon conviction:
      (1)   Pay the village an amount estimated by the Chairperson of Public Works to cover the loss of revenue generated by reason of any incorrect registration of the water meter;
      (2)   Pay the village an amount estimated by the Chairperson of Public Works an amount necessary to repair or replace, by reason of any damage done to any meter, meter mite or seal or fixture thereto attached or placed by the village; and
      (3)   Pay the village a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500.
