§ 52.20 EXCAVATION.
   (A)   Excavations for installing or repairing service pipes shall be made in compliance with § 96.14 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to place any service pipe in the same excavation with or directly over any drain pipe or sewer pipe.
