(A) Meters shall be installed at a location that will be easily accessible.
(B) Exterior reading devices, commonly called “water mites”, shall be installed on the exterior of the premises.
(C) Upon installation or replacement of a water meter, the owner of the premises shall pay to the village an amount in accordance with the following schedule:
