§ 52.23 COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS.
   No service shall be installed unless it conforms to specifications prescribed by the Board of Trustees and approved thereby, a copy of which shall be kept on file by the Village Clerk and shall be open to inspection by any person interested.
