§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 51.01 through 51.11, where no other penalty is provided, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200, for each offense.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 51.06(A) or (B) shall, upon conviction, be fined $10 for each offense.
      (2)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 51.06(C) shall, upon conviction, be fined $20 for each offense.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of § 51.09(A) shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200, or be imprisoned in the County Jail for a period not to exceed six months and be liable for all expenses incurred on account of repairs or damages resulting from the offense.

   (D)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 51.25 through 51.31 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500, for the violation. Each day the violation continues shall be a separate and distinct offense.
      (2)   Any person who knowingly makes a false material statement or representation in any writing required to be prepared under §§ 51.25 through 51.31 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500, for each submission.
