(A) No butcher’s offal, garbage, dead animals or obstructions of any kind shall be placed, thrown or deposited in any sewer.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to offend, obstruct or place any substance so as to be carried into the sewer.
(C) It shall unlawful for any person to injure, break or remove any portion of any receiving basin, covering flag, manhole, vent or any part of any sewer or drain.
