§ 51.11 USE FEE.
   (A)   Residential. A monthly rate of $7 (currently $6.50) shall be charged for each habitable dwelling unit.
   (B)   Commercial.
      (1)   A base monthly rate of $21 shall be charged to each metered connection for the provision of sewer services.
      (2)   A monthly rate of $7 shall be charged for each incremental unit.
