§ 51.09 DAMAGING SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to, directly or indirectly, willfully or maliciously damage, injure or obstruct any sewer, house drain, cesspool, water closet pipe, catch basin, manhole, protection pier or any appurtenance thereto, now or hereafter to be laid or constructed in the village.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy or injure the bank of any ditch, gully or open drain or to place any substance therein tending to obstruct it or render it obnoxious or shall obstruct the free passage of water through it.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to tap any public ditch or drain in the village or connect any private sewer, drain or ditch therewith without the written consent of the Board of Trustees.
