The fees contained in the City Code are as set forth in the fee schedule set forth below. To the extent not included in the fee schedule as set forth below, the fees set forth in the Code shall remain in full force and effect. The Council may, by resolution from time to time, adopt an amended fee schedule. Costs referred to herein shall include all administrative, technical, engineering, and legal expenses.
