§ 30.09 COMPENSATION OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   The compensation of the Mayor and the compensation of each Council member shall be established pursuant to M.S. § 415.11 as set forth in this section below.
   (A)    Regular meetings. The Mayor shall receive an annual salary as set forth in the current city fee schedule which shall cover all regular City Council meetings for the calendar year. Each Council member shall receive an annual salary as set forth in the current city fee schedule which shall cover all regular City Council meetings during the calendar year.
   (B)   Special Council meetings and other city meeting attendance. Subject to the limitation in this section, the Mayor and Council shall receive pay for special meetings in the city and special meetings outside of the city in the amounts set forth in the current city fee schedule. Special meetings are defined for purposes of these section as special Council meetings and other special meetings which the Mayor or any Council member is directed and authorized to attend by the City Council. Special meeting pay shall be limited to the annual amount as set forth in the current city fee schedule.
