§ 151.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any owner or occupant of any dwelling or dwelling unit, or part thereof, or any other person who shall violate any of the terms or provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.23 and §§ 151.35 through 151.39,  or who shall fail to comply with any of the terms or provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.23 and §§ 151.35 through 151.39, shall be deemed guilty of a punishable violation and shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $2,500.
      (2)   Each distinct repetition of any violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 151.50 through 151.55 or who shall fail to comply with an order as affirmed or modified by the authority having jurisdiction shall be subject to a fine of $50.
      (2)   Each day such violation is permitted to continue may be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
      (3)   The violation and penalty as herein described in §§ 151.50 through 151.55 shall not be subject to any other fine or penalty within this chapter.
