1403.01 APPROVED.
   "Approved" means approved by the Building Commissioner pursuant to this Code, or approved by any other authority designated by City ordinances to give approval to the matter in question.

1403.02 BUILDING COMMISSIONER AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   "Building Commissioner and Zoning Administrator" when used herein, shall be construed as though followed by the words "or his authorized agent or representative officially so designated by the Mayor. "

1403.03 COMMUNAL KITCHEN.
   "Communal kitchen" means a kitchen within a dwelling building used by the occupants of more than one dwelling unit or shared or used by any person other than the members of one family.
