905.05 PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT OR REPLACE REQUIRED.
   No person shall construct or replace any sidewalk, curb or gutter in the City without obtaining a permit issued by the Commissioner of Building.

905.06 REPAIR OF SIDEWALK BLOCKS; NOTICE.
   All sidewalks which are defective or in need of repair, replacement or attention must be replaced, altered or repaired by the property owner upon service of a written notice from the Building Commissioner to eliminate such defect or make such repairs. Such notice shall contain, at the minimum, the following information:
   (a)   The date by which the repairs are to be completed by the owner.

905.07 COST OF REPAIR BY CITY. (REPEALED)

905.08 CURB CUT PERMIT; FEE.
   The Commissioner of Building is authorized to issue permits, inspect the cutting of curbs and charge the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) therefor.

905.09 SUPERVISION AND COST OF CURB CUTTING.
   The cutting and removal of all curbs in the public streets of the City shall be done under the supervision of the Commissioner of Building. The applicant for a permit shall pay the entire expense of such work.
