§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as such.
