§ 153.195 PURPOSE.
   (A)   Tract survey approval shall be required as set forth in § 153.004.
   (B)   Tract survey approval is designed to ensure that all divisions of land comply with the State Plats Act, being 765 ILCS 205/0.01 et seq.; this chapter; and the appropriate zoning ordinances.
