LICENSE
§ 114.001 REQUIRED.
   No person shall conduct, operate or maintain any hospital, sanitarium or lying-in house without first obtaining a license to do so.

§ 114.002 CHAPTER 110 APPLICABLE.
   The provisions of chapter 110, insofar as the provisions may be applicable and not in conflict, shall apply to and govern the issuance of any license under the provisions of this subchapter.

§ 114.003 APPLICATION.
   The application for a license required by this subchapter shall be in the general form of an application for a license and shall show the purpose for which the institution is to be conducted.
