Commercial and business establishments, governmental facilities, entertainment facilities and schools, shall separate from the waste stream all items excluded from disposal at the landfill as specified in § 57.050 generated by or accruing to the establishments, prior to removal from the subject premises. The recyclable materials shall not be deposited at the sanitary landfill. The recyclables shall be removed from the premises at a minimum of twice a month.
