§ 12-6-2 GUARANTEE AND DEDICATION OF IMPROVEMENTS.

All improvements required in this title shall be guaranteed. All improvements shall be dedicated to the town, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances on the property and public improvements thus dedicated.
