(A) Arrangement. The lot arrangement shall be such that there will be no foreseeable difficulties for reasons of topography or other conditions, in securing building permits to build on all lots in compliance with the zoning ordinance and health regulations and in providing driveway access to buildings on such lots from an approved street.
(B) Size. Lots shall be at least as large as required by the minimum standards contained in the zoning regulations; except, that in no event shall any interior lot be less than 100 feet in width and 100 feet in length.
(C) Side lot lines. Side lot lines shall be at right angles to the street line or at right angles to the tangent of the curve of the street line.
(D) Reversed corner lots. Reversed corner lots and through lots shall not be permitted.
(E) Frontage; blocks. All lots shall front on a public street or highway. Blocks for residential use shall be a minimum of 300 feet in length and not more than 600 feet in length.
(F) Areas subject to flooding. No lots shall be platted in areas subject to flooding unless adequate flood protection measures are taken.
