A. Insurance Required; Exception: No owner or operator of a motor vehicle required to be licensed shall operate or permit the operation of the vehicle without having in full force and effect an automobile liability policy as provided by Wyoming Statutes section 31-9-405 or bond in amounts provided by Wyoming Statutes section 31-9-102(a)(xi). Any person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. This section does not apply to self-insurers pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 31-9-414.
B. Statute Amendments Adopted: This section shall incorporate any and all other amendments as made from time to time to the above referenced statutes by the State of Wyoming, and said future amendments are by this reference specifically incorporated in this section. (Ord. 354, 4-3-2008)
