(a) The chart in subsection (b) hereof, with respect to minimum lot sizes and widths, maximum percentage of a lot area which may be covered by a building or structure, the number of dwelling units, minimum setbacks of buildings and structures, and minimum floor areas and maximum heights of buildings and structures, is hereby declared to be a part of this Zoning Code. The letters "D.U." in the chart mean "dwelling unit." Each of the single capital letters "A" to "I" in the chart refers to a special requirement in Section 1264.02 which is designated by such letter.
