§ 76.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   General. Whoever violates any provision of §§ 76.01 through 76.13 of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; and, upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time.
      (2)   Accessible parking.
         (a)   Any person who knowingly exercises, or attempts to exercise these privileges at a time when the vehicle is not being used for the loading or unloading of a person with a mobility impairment, upon first conviction thereof, per § 76.06(E) of this chapter, in addition to any other penalty he or she may otherwise incur, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; upon second conviction thereof, in addition to any other penalty he or she may otherwise incur, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; and, upon third and subsequent convictions thereof, in addition to any other penalty he or she may otherwise incur, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time.
         (b)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 76.06(F) of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; upon second conviction thereof, in addition to any other penalty he or she may otherwise incur, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; and, upon third and subsequent convictions thereof, in addition to any other penalty he or she may otherwise incur, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time.
         (c)   Any person, including a driver of a vehicle displaying a valid removable windshield placard or special registration plate, who violates the provisions of § 76.06(H) of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; upon second conviction thereof, in addition to any other penalty he or she may otherwise incur, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time; and, upon third and subsequent convictions thereof, in addition to any other penalty he or she may otherwise incur, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time.
      (3)   Abandoned and junk vehicles. Whoever violates § 76.07 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the foregoing provisions of § 76.27 of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine in an amount set by Council from time to time or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
