No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking meter any slug, device or metallic substitute for such required coin of the United States. No person shall injure, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed under the terms of this subchapter, or for any person, other than those duly authorized, to remove coins from any parking meter.
