The composition of the committee shall be limited to a maximum seven (7) members appointed by the village president. The committee members shall serve at the pleasure of the village president. The committee members will not receive financial compensation for their services, with the exception of reimbursements for expenses which have received approval from the village president and the village board of trustees.
