The committee shall serve in a general advisory capacity to the president and the village board of trustees, and to this end, the village clerk shall furnish the committee, for its consideration, a copy of all ordinances, resolutions, plans, and other data requested thereby, relating to capital improvements, sale of village owned properties, annexation, housing, urban renewal, zoning, and other matters requiring planning consideration. The committee may report in relation thereto if it deems a report necessary or advisable or when specifically requested by the village board of trustees. (Ord. 2009-4, 1-20-2009; amd. 2010 Code)
