§ 70.78 TEMPORARY PARKING OF RESTRICTED VEHICLES PERMITTED UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
   A truck or bus subject to restriction under § 70.76 may temporarily park at any location on a town street or alley where vehicular parking is otherwise permitted:
   (A)   When necessary to carry out the purposes described by § 70.77(A) or (B), provided, no suitable off-street parking space is available for that purpose; or,
   (B)   In order to make prompt emergency repairs occasioned by a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle while operating on a town street;
provided, the parking does not create a traffic hazard or obstruct the normal use of the thoroughfare.
