SCHEDULE I. ONE-WAY THOROUGHFARES.
   (A)   Vehicular traffic shall move only in the indicated direction, when signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited, upon the following streets and parts of streets:

SCHEDULE II. STOP AND YIELD INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   Two-way stop and yield intersections. The intersections described in this section shall be two-way stop or yield intersections, applicable to traffic approaching on the controlled street from either direction unless otherwise indicated in the schedule, when appropriate signs are erected.

   (B)   Three-way stop intersections. The following intersections are designated as three-way stop intersections, and all traffic shall stop thereat and give right-of-way to any other traffic which has already stopped at or entered the intersection:
      (1)   The eastern intersection of Elm Street and Fifth Street
      (2)   The western intersection of Elm Street and Fifth Street
      (3)   At Maple Run Drive and Maple Trace Way.

   (C)   Four-way stop intersections. The following intersections are designated as four-way stop intersections, and all traffic shall stop thereat and give right-of-way to any other traffic which has already stopped at or entered the intersection:
      (1)   Second Street and White Avenue
      (2)   4th Street and White Avenue
      (3)   10th Street and White Avenue
      (4)   Fanning Street and 7th Avenue
   (D)   Penalty. Any operator of a vehicle who fails to obey any stop or yield sign which has been established and erected in accordance with division (A), (B), or (C) of this schedule shall be liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. In the case of any violation involving a motor vehicle or other vehicle, the operation of which on public thoroughfares requires that the operator possess a valid state operator's license, fines may not be paid directly to the Clerk-Treasurer, but may be paid in accordance with Code of Sheridan, § 35.29(B); in other instances, fines may be paid directly to the Clerk-Treasurer in accordance with Code of Sheridan, § 35.29(A).
