§ 70.77 PERMITTED USE OF STREETS AND ALLEYS BY VEHICLES RESTRICTED.
   Notwithstanding the provisions of § 70.76, a truck or bus restricted thereunder may, as necessary, drive upon a town street or alley for the following bona fide purposes:
   (A)   To make delivery of or pick up goods or other cargo at a point within the town; or,
   (B)   To pick up or discharge passengers at a point within the town; or,
   (C)   To proceed to or return from its base of operation from a point within or to or from a point outside the town when that base of operation is within the town; or,
   (D)   To proceed to or return from a service, repair or maintenance facility located within the town.
   (E)   For purposes of this section, the base of operation of all school buses shall be considered to be within the town, at a facility of Marion Adams Schools.
