§ 292.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (a)   There is hereby established a Records Commission for the city, to consist of the Mayor or his or her appointed representative as Chairperson, the Director of Law, the Director of Finance and Public Record and a citizen appointed by the Mayor.
   (b)   The Records Commission shall possess all the powers and exercise all the duties set forth in R.C. §§ 149.39 et seq.
