§ 286.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.
   There is hereby established a Housing Advisory Committee for the city, to consist of the following seven members: a member of Council as designated by the Mayor; representatives from the Richland County Department of Jobs and Family Services, the Salvation Army, the Shelby Help Line and a lending institution which finances the transfer/sale of real estate; and two residents of the city, who shall be appointed by the Mayor.

§ 286.02 TERMS OF OFFICE; VACANCIES.
   The terms of office of the two persons to be appointed by the Mayor shall be three years. In the event that a vacancy occurs during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of such term.
