135.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF PART PAID VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.

   The Sebring Volunteer Fire Department is Created within the Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire.

135.02 QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERS OF THE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.

   No person shall be appointed to the Fire Department unless that person meets the following qualifications:

   (a)    The person shall have been issued a certificate pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3737.66 or a successor statute;

   (b)    The person has been issued a certificate pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4765.30 or a successor statute; and

   (c)    The person is in training to become a firefighter/EMT and must have obtained either certificate mentioned in subparagraphs (a) or (b) of this section.
