The Fire Department shall consist of two divisions, the Fire Division and EMS Division.
(a) The Fire Division shall consist of all personnel assigned by the Fire Chief and in possession a certificate issued pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3737.66 or a successor statute.
(b) The EMS Division shall consist of all personnel assigned by the Fire Chief and in possession of a certificate issued pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4765.30, or a successor statute.
