(a) The Fire Chief shall be appointed by the Village Manager, acting as the Director of Public Safety.
(b) The Fire Chief shall have exclusive control of the stationing of all personnel, under such rules as may be established by the Village Manager acting as the Director of Public Safety.
(c) The Fire Chief may be removed from office by the Village Manager, acting as the Director of Public Safety, for malfeasance, misfeasance, non-feasance, or insubordination.
