10-6A-1: ESTABLISHED:
The A-1 restricted agricultural district is designed to protect and encourage agricultural uses which are located at some distance from the city's urbanized areas and particularly to protect newly annexed territory. As urban growth occurs, requests for land use changes will allow the city to coordinate growth in a manner which will be most beneficial to the public interest. (1989 Code § 12-320)
10-6A-2: USES PERMITTED:
The following uses are permitted:
   A.   Agricultural or undeveloped land (not including commercial feed lots).
   B.   Single-family dwellings.
   C.   Public services and utilities.
   D.   Plant nursery.
   E.   Kennels.
