15.12.03: VIOLATION OF PERMIT REQUIREMENTS OR CONDITIONS:
Failure to obtain a permit as required in section 15.12.01 of this article or failure to comply with the conditions placed on such permit shall be a misdemeanor or an infraction, as determined by the city prosecutor. (Ord. 977, 6-13-1990; amd. 1994 Code)
