§ 33.04 PERSONNEL COMMITTEE.
   The City Council may appoint a Personnel Committee made up of Council members, the Clerk, and the Personnel Officer (unless the Clerk is appointed to handle the duties of Personnel Officer) to serve in an advisory capacity in personnel problems; to conduct grievance hearings for classified employees upon their request and to render final decisions to the City Council; and to hear appeals in the case of any employee in the classified service being suspended, reduced or removed and to report its decisions to the City Council.
