§ 130.61 KILLING, WOUNDING BIRDS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to kill, wound, or attempt to kill or wound by any means whatsoever any bird within the village limits, or to shoot an arrow or stone or throw a club or other missile at any such bird within any private or public grounds (such animal not being the property of the person so offending); or to enter upon any private enclosure or public ground for the purpose of doing any act prohibited in this section.

§ 130.62 THROWING MISSILES.
   No person shall wilfully cast or throw any stone, brick, or other missile upon or at any building, tree or other public or private property, or upon or at any person in any street, avenue, alley, public place, or enclosed or unenclosed ground in the village, or aid or abet in the same.

§ 130.63 BOWS AND ARROWS.
   No person shall purposefully or heedlessly shoot or cause to be shot any arrow, projectile, or other missile from a bow from or into any public place, or at any house, vehicle, property, person, or animal.

§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating §§ 130.20, 130.27 though 130.29, 130.42, or 130.63 shall be fined in an amount as set forth in § 35.01 for each offense and shall be responsible for the village’s costs of prosecution. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Restitution by the violator shall also be made for any property damaged or destroyed or to any person injured.

   (C)   A person convicted of a violation of any provision of § 130.42 shall be fined in an amount as set forth in § 35.01.

   (D)   Any person who violates § 130.43 is guilty of a petty offense and for the first offense shall be fined in an amount as set forth in § 35.01.

   (E)   Any person found to be in violation of § 130.47 is guilty of a petty offense and shall be subject to a fine in an amount as set forth in § 35.01.
